Sands China Ltd. Asian Youth Elite Fencing League Macau 2024
The Asian Youth Elite Fencing League is the first Pan-Asia fencing competition designed specifically for children and cadets. Introducing four age categories: U8, U10, U12, and U14, available in both individual and team events.
The event will be held from 28-30 December at Cotai Expo Hall A, The Venetian Macao.

As a significant youth competition, we have chosen Macau as the first venue outside Hong Kong, with the hope of developing it into an Asian Youth Fencing League for ages 6 to 14. We aim to invite fencers from across Asia to participate. Our goal is to promote sports development among young people in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau region and to foster the legacy of the sport of fencing.
The competition setup and venue will adhere to the international standards of the International Fencing Federation (FIE) applied in adult competitions, and FIE international referees will be invited to referee the matches. The elimination rounds will be equipped with a video refereeing system. This event aims to provide young fencers the experience of a large-scale international competition, thereby promoting the development of children's and youth fencing in the Asia region.
